I think it might have to do with the device I'm on and the close button being out of reach

Theres a problem when I open the game, it stucks in Checking For Updates
We are currently unsure why this happens to some people, we had someone redownload the application and it worked fine afterwards.
Eagerly waiting for the next update.
is there some sound and animation ?
There is voice acting, Chapter 2 Update 2 is the update that does the start of animation implementation.
